Cancellation policies:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) If you cancel your booking the notice may be sent by email to reservas@hotelvitral.com, or by fax to (+ 5411) 4952.4006.
Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival date: No penalty
Cancellations between 72 hours before and on the day of arrival (up to 2pm): Penalty equivalent to one (1) night stay.
In case of no show or untimely cancellation: Penalty equal to the entire stay.
